1. Agreement to Terms

2. Digital Services & Scope of Work

Just Dorkar provides IT solutions, software development, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, creative design, and technical consultation. Specific timelines, milestones, and deliverables are mutually defined before starting projects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All service prices and consultation rates are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be completed through our authorized and secure online payment aggregator (PayU) or designated official banking accounts. We reserve the right to revise service fees without prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities & Intellectual Property

Clients are required to furnish necessary content, logos, text, access credentials, and timely feedback required for project completion. Upon final invoice settlement, ownership of delivered source code and design files is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party frameworks or proprietary boilerplates.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Murshidabad, West Bengal, India.
